All of the goodness, none of the hassle. These playful portions are piled high with meats, cheese, seasonal bites, and just enough sweetness and crunch—perfect for sipping, strolling, or sneaky snacking (carbs included, because: we got you).

Whether you’re toasting in a vineyard, gathering by the lake, or turning your backyard into the best seat in the house, our grazing tables are made to impress. Each one is thoughtfully styled and packed with local flavour (literally and figuratively).Start with our easy order form to build your dream board, or leave it entirely up to us and go “chef’s choice.” Either way, your only job is to show up hungry.Setup anywhere in PEC is on us. Inspired by the trails of Macaulay Mountain and the pups who proudly lead the way, our barkuterie boxes are tail-waggin’ snack spreads packed with locally sourced, dog-friendly goodies. Perfect for post-hike treats, winery strolls, cottage weekends, or just spoiling your snack-loving sidekick. No wine pairing needed—just belly rubs and maybe a nap in the sun.Available in small or large, depending on the size of your floof—or your guilt.Small: $12 --- Large: $16

From unique serving styles to tailored flavours, we’ll build a box that fits your taste, vibe, and dietary needs. Vegetarian, gluten-aware, nut-free? Done. Olive-free? We believe snacks are a love language—and we’re fluent.Hey, I’m Jennifer—former nurse, current cheese pusher, golden doodle mom (hi Harley!), and charcuterie lifer. I live in Picton with my fiancé Paul and our furriest family member, and have a son in university who still gets surprise snack boxes because once a grazer, always a grazer.I’ve been building snack spreads for decades—casual hangouts, fancy parties, car journeys, train trips, plane rides... I even catered my own wedding the first time around. (Spoiler: round two is coming, and yes, there will be a grazing table.)
The Charcuterie Co. was born out of my obsession with good food, local flavours, and the joy of feeding people I love. Whether it’s a box for two or a table for 30, every spread is packed with personality, County-made goodness, and just the right amount of sass.We’re not trying to reinvent the cheese wheel—we’re just here to make sure it’s perfectly paired, thoughtfully built, and served with a side of “hell yes.” This is snack magic for people who love PEC, love to eat, and know that the best gatherings always start with a good spread.
