Meet Char-Cart-Erie — our moveable feast. We roll up with a curated spread of local cheeses, meats, and seasonal bites so good they’ll stop traffic. Stylish, convenient, and oh-so-delicious, it’s the ultimate grazing experience for weddings, events, wineries, markets, and all County gatherings.

We believe snacks are a love language—and we’re fluent.Hey, I’m Jennifer—former nurse, current cheese pusher, golden doodle mom (hi Harley!), and charcuterie lifer. I live in Picton with my fiancé Paul and our furriest family member, and have a son in university who still gets surprise snack boxes because once a grazer, always a grazer.I’ve been building snack spreads for decades—casual hangouts, fancy parties, car journeys, train trips, plane rides... I even catered my own wedding the first time around. (Spoiler: round two is coming, and yes, there will be a grazing table.)
The Charcuterie Co. was born out of my obsession with good food, local flavours, and the joy of feeding people I love.
